Ball Python Morph Background Information and Primer |
Pinstripe
ball pythons are a dominate trait ball python morph that bears a resemblance to
Spider ball pythons but does not have an extreme head pattern like Spiders have.
Pinstripe ball pythons are named as such because of their "pinstripe"
type patterns. They cross very well when bred to other morphs and their combination
potential is limitless. Pinstripes are dominant-trait based animals so there's
no way to visually tell if hatchlings from the clutch are the "super"
version by visual inspection alone. Since Pinstripe ball pythons are dominant-trait
animals, statistically speaking, when bred to a normal ball python half the clutch
will be Pinstripe ball pythons and the other half above average looking normal
ball pythons.
