jus wanted to get some opinions on something, basically i'm sick and tired of my current dentist office i'm working at, pay sucks no benefits. i'm suppose to be making more then $15 in my area according to salary.com but i'm getting paid $10.50 and this recent job interview at another office that is better cuz everything is paid off, the doctor been more established but they offer me $11 and some change to start. and after 3mths a review but raise isn't guranteed. so the thing is should i stay at my current office of $10.50 no benefits no nothing, where its SLOW most of the week or should i get the new job at the new office just to find another office sooner or later.

do what is best for you and what you think is the right thing.
do a list of pros and cons for each. but a few questions arise, how long have you been at the current job? how far is the new job away from where you live VS the old? what will the pay increase be ( % or amount per hour) after the 3 month? what benefits are provided and how much do they cover? are you looking for a quick fix for more money or more long term job?

WHOOOOOO so i left my job, the dentist there was getting REALLY REALLY annoying and the salary didn't help either! so bad i couldn't give 2wks. just drove me crazy with her complaining about she never has any money and so much debt and her office has been open for 5yrs, imagine this during that time NOTHING was paid office, i'm not even sure the smallest equipments were even paid off thats how bad it was and the fact that she is so stupid she recently realized she only been paying interest on her dental student loans for the pass wuteva years! how do i know? because she tells the whole office! thats like something you keep to yourself. but anyway i got an interview with this other office earlier this week. BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL oral surgery office. the building itself is EXTREMELY classy as well as the office. and another thing is i have a 2nd interview this monday with the doctor since he wasn't in the time i went! but if i get the job chances are i'll be assistant for a month or two and MOVED up to patient coordinator! how i know again?? because the guy would interviewed me said he was leaving sometime in august to go back to school and its a good chance i'll be taking his position. honestly i don't care what the job is but I'M GUARANTEED to get paid more then this office i just left. you guys wouldn't believe how much she was bothering and annoying the hell outta me when i decided to quit. so hopefully i get this job since they seem to really like me. which means MORE BPs IN THE CLOSE FUTURE!!! maybe get the banana that was in the other thread
