I've been reading up on breeding bp's. I'm having trouble understanding a lot of this. Can someone point me in the direction of a link that explains in detail the beginners breeding lol... I have read Ron's blog and I understand parts of it, but a lot of it is still unclear. Be patient with me i'm a slow learner Razz

I would hope that everyone has proper set ups if they are intending to breed. This includes having the number of a vet on SPEED DIAL and enough money to afford it.

Breeding is not simply a matter of putting two animals together. There must be the proper climate and the proper weights. One must especially be sure of the sexes of the animals.

If the breeding is successful, one must have the means to incubate (preferably set up ahead of time) and if the animals aren't sold for any reason..I would hope there was enough finances to support the extra animals.

I am a breeder, but if I never sell an animal, I can afford what I have and I can afford to feed them.

Now..I am getting off my soapbox. Cool
