i am going away for the weekend (3 days) and i know it's pretty acceptable/standard to leave a bp on it's own for a few days, she's eaten and pooped already this week so i'm not worried about that, i have a thermostat so the heating should be fine, i am just worried about the humidity. to maintain the proper humidity i have to spray twice a day (even with a big water bowl in there), and no one will be around to do that while i'm gone. does anyone have any suggestions for maintaining the humidity for a couple days while i'm gone?

What kind of tank are you using? If it's an aquarium you can put a towel of the screen top, and spray before you leave.
Is your snake going into shed? If not I would just spray before you leave, and it will be fine until you get back. It won't hurt if the humidity drops for a day or two.

Unless you have reason to believe that a shed is possible during your absence, I wouldn't worry about it. I seriously doubt they enjoy perfect humidity in the wild 365 days a year.
Just my opinion, I'm sure someone out there will disagree.

nope, she just shed a week or so ago, so i guess i'm in the clear.
i assumed it would be okay if it wasn't perfect conditions for a few days, but i needed reassurance so i wouldn't be feeling guilty while i was away all weekend.
thanks everyone!

Not I either. It's the same reason mine doesn't get fresh water every day. A puddle is a puddle. I say suck it up soldier
