we lost Severius 3 days ago.

The vet educated me more than I have ever been in the last 3 months. It was his opinion the best thing to do was to terminate the animal. I located a reputable local breeder who has further taken the time to educate me about balls.

We got a new ball, and a new setup, and things are looking much better than before. The lessons learned on ball pythons was bitter, harsh, and necessary (sp?).

I'd like to thank you all again for the aid you gave me.

My condolences.
It's always sad to hear about the passing of a pet. Was there something wrong with the snake, other than not eating? (not going to second guess the vet, I'm just curious).
Good luck with the new one!

Oh, I'm so sorry........ Sad That is tough. I hope you will have a much happier time with your next one, and it is a very good thing to hear that you have located a reputable breeder. That is going to make all the difference!

I am always sorry when a BP dies, for whatever reason.

Hopefully this second attempt will be more successful.
