Sorry for your loss.

If you decide to purchase another, (and I may be just stating the obvious),

disinfect everything, or buy new, and buy from someone reputable like Ron.

Im So Sorry That You Have Lost Your Ball But I Do Agree With Tim AKA Number2. Buy A Ball From A Reputable Breeder if/When Your Ready.

autopsy showed inclusions present Evil or Very Mad
IBD, i can't believe.
i am doing all i can against the ''breeder''
the python was oviesly bought in Italy.
and the python was not breed by herself.
she is not a breeder she is hm... we have a special word for it, i don't know how to say in english- she is a person who sale animals on black Exclamation

she has such high ''position'' in slovenia, she was such a great breeder that people hardly believe...

Just to clarify, did the analysis state specifically IBD? or just identify the presence of inclusion bodies? I ask because there is at least one other viral disease that produces inclusion bodies, but the findings would not be consistent with IBD. (I know, I'm a stickler for details like this - sorry...it's just the way my mind works)

I'm not sure why the presence of IBD means that the snake was bought in Italy, or that it could not have been produced by that person

Regardless, I'm very sorry for your loss, and that you had this experience...and I commend you for following up on the death (many people would not have). There really was nothing more you could have done for him

I totally agree, good for you for finding out what went wrong!

I wish you success in finding out just what is going on with this breeder, and making sure this doesn't happen to anyone else!
