so i got my bp!!! thanks ron! well today was my first feeding, brought frozen, followed instructions and so on but then just for thought i did buy SMALL mice, but when "titan" was eating from my point of view it looked like he was having a hard time because it seemed to big for him......well i just took another look in the viv and he managed to get the whole thing down. my question is that is it ok to keep feeding him small mice? i mean since he did get it down i'm thinking its ok but i just wanted a second opinion. another thing. i got the frozens at petsmart "arctic mice" its called and it cost like $11 for 6. is that to much??

Small mice are okay for him, not a problem at all. It does take some time to get the prey item down into their stomach but nothing to worry about. With respect to pricing on the mice, I'm starting to think the pricing is based on where people live. I've seen mice at some pet stores for $.90 and $.50 at other stores. I'm not quite sure what an Artic mouse is (guess I need to tap Google on the shoulder) anyway. Anyone know?

didn't want to start a new thread but i was planning to just finish up the mices i have left and move up to rat pups. is it to soon? when does everyone normally move up?

It is not too soon if it is feeding regularly. the problem comes if some of them are timid. Rat pups are quite larger than mice (or is it just mine?  )
However, from hatchling from the egg they can handle rat pups.
