I'm trying to give everyone their chance to shine while the weather is nice. This is Captain 20. His color is kind of tricky to catch on camera. In person, in the sunlight, he looks green with a yellow glow. In some of these pics he mostly looks green, but in others he looks mostly yellow, yet all pictures were taken over a 10-minute time frame (except the last one with me in it). The one feature that's giving me the hardest time is this bright yellow blush on his nose, between his eyes. When his head appears yellow, the blush gets washed out, and when his head appears green, it's usually because of insufficient light so the blush doesn't appear much at all. Cool dude, tough to photograph.









Finally, I handled him briefly a few days back, but there was a lot of commotion in the house, and he didn't like that. Instead of acting all nervous and twitchy, though, he decided the best course of action was to seek refuge...or maybe he was hunting, I don't know. He ended up going all the way in except for the last few inches of his tail. He never let go of my thumb:

i always look right over this section for some reason..

very nice pics man!!

that was actually the first snake i intended on getting was a gtp but after months of reading up on almost every kind of snake i decided to go with a corn and then a bp. i still want a gtp they are stunning!

GOD! Gorgeous pics. I agree that picture #3 is background worthy! It's been a while Buck, who's the cutie standing? Is she Het for anything?
