If she's tame enough, you could put her in a tub of warm water with johnson's baby shampoo so that she can wash herself and put her separate to have her babies so she's the only one feeding then you can better evaluate the situation.

I usually keep some females out of the pups back to "grow my own."

After she had her litter, the large lump magically disappeared (or shrunk)
