I am using T-Rex brand Aspen Bed. doesnt say if it is shredded or shaved. I think I need to get a bigger UTH. Only a small area gets to 93 and the rest of the tank is at 67. I think the UTH is rated for a 10g and the tank I cleaned out is a 20g so I think I need to get a bigger one. I might use the smaller one on the other side to keep the temp at a steady low setting and the bigger one set up to heat the tank.

I have 2 water bowls, one is a dog bowl with a hole in the side so the snake can get under it, it is sitting on the warm side to help bring humidity up, and a small one on the cool side so it has nice cool water. I need to get hide on the cool side and I was thinking of putting a hide in the middle. I dont know if I want to put something for the snake to climb on cuase I know they are more ground snakes, but since my top is made of wood, I might be able to fix the stuff they call jungle vine to the top so it would be off the ground and not take ground space but be fixed to the top.

I will definantly take pictures when I have it all done, still looking for my sisters digital camera.
