C.J (grandson) was mowing the lawn and came across this (of course he screamed like a girl to find a snake outside of a rack) Laughing

Ummm, I don't know if it's legal or not. The first one that I WOULD have liked to keep because it never tried to bite is already gone..this little guy/girl had fight or flight instinct and when I grabbed the tail..it turned on me...adraline RUSH! Laughing

I wouldn't keep it anyway because it may have internal parasites, and this isn't my kind of snake, but Jaiden said, it was "cool" (he's 7 years old).

My first (purchased) snake was a Black Rat. Great snake. Great temperment, never tried to bite, never refused a meal. And the reason why I'm still into herps 30+years later. Too bad its WC.
