Per SSScales: I set up this Igloo 120qt incubator in about an hour. I've been checking the temps making sure everything is working as it should. So far it's 100% throughout the cooler from top to bottom and side to side.

The incubator itself with everything was about $100 w/out the Helix. You can buy everything at Wal-Mart, Home Depot and Radio Shack.

























the black thing bolted in the center of the rack is a fan used for PC's, $20.00 at Radio shack. It keeps the air circulating to ensure the temps are stable throughout the incubator. Works great! Without it the top tubs are about 1 degree warmer than the bottom tubs. With the fan on the top tubs are 0.1 degree warmer than the bottom tubs.

Figured I'd chime in real quick and explain the purpose of the water bottles.

They're used to help retain heat overall in the incubator when the container/lid is opened.
