I thought about getting one myself. 
Be careful of those jaws, I'm told they have a powerful bite that holds tight like vice grips! Be careful!!!

They Are Neat Animals! My Cousin Has One And He Said He Could Get Them For $800 Pesos Thats Roughly $80 U.S Dollars!
Unfortunately They Are illegal In My County Because They Are Venomous So My Hopes And Dreams Of Owning A Gila monster Are Pretty Much out The Window.

someone will probably enlighten me but i don't understand WHY we can't have certain animals as pets here but not there n so on. the way i see it is if your able to take care of the animal it should b alright, so say i wanna buy a tiger and if i'm able to take care of it and meet its need it should be alright, by the way anyone know where i can get one?? maybe a gorilla as well?
