ok so i just bought a new light bulb and it is very bright. (150 watt). i was just wondering if becuase of it being so bright, will it bother my ball python in any way?

I'd replace it with either a red or black bulb if you're going to use bulbs. They both achieve the same goal with less strain on the pupils of the resident snake. Heat is the goal, not excessive light, unless you can find some suitable sunglasses small enough for your ball python. Very Happy

thanks ron now I want to put sunglasses on Ty and snap some pics of it, but yea I have a 100 w day bulb for her and a 75 w night bulb for her just to get the photo day thing going on for her. But yea 150 is way to bright.
