I am not sure if this is really a good or bad thing. Ron/Deb any thoughts?

It's dry ice, the gas is just putting the rat to sleep, I can't see it being in any way harmful to the snake.

CO2 is safe. The carbon dioxide escapes from the rodent so it's completey safe. :smile:

I agree with Ron. what I am looking at is the size of the snake and that rat doesn't seem to be enough. It looks like it should be eating rabbits!
