I finally got the cage I ordered. He has a lot more room and plus it looks a whole lot better Smile. Once my corn snake gets big enough i'll move her to one of these and stack them..... Rolling Eyes

Very nice setup. I like the design of the cage, it looks custom made. Looks very attractive and also makes a nice peice of furniture. Congrats on your new home for your BP! Hope you have many more years to enjoy with him! Very Happy

Yeah I love it it's actually a lot bigger than I was expecting it was pretty pricy but well worth it. Plus when my corn gets big enough i'm going to buy another one and stack them. I'm getting ready to build a rack and purchase some more bp's when the reptile show comes to Columbus. I just like having a couple of tanks for display purposes Wink

Okay well some of you had some questions about the new tank. Let me start by saying I love it and even more importantly Gary loves it. My temps are what ever I set them at on the hot side usually about 93 on the hot side with the Helix I love this t-stat what ever you set it at is what it stays at it's nice not to have to worry about the temps. The cool side is about 75 to 80 all the time thats at the farthest side of the tank opposite of the hot side could be a little higher but it works out okay. I did have to build the diy humidifier it was very easy to make and the air pump the stone and the tubing with the 2litre bottle was under $30. Without this humidifier my humidity was only about 35 to 40 understandable with such a large tank. With the humidifier it stays about 50 55 i'm going to get a larger tube for the top to try and increase it a little bit. The pump I bought from meijers it's for a 40gallon and it's really really quiet I was surprised most of those rattle and vibrate everything around but this one was worth the $20. So now if I just get him to start feeding again all will be right with the world. Smile I plan on purchasing another one of these tanks when my corn gets a little bigger they have pegs so you can stack them 4 high I beleive. I got my custom rack all setup and plan on taking some normals off of Ron here very shortly so i'll have two for show and the others will spend there life in the rack system. All in all i'm very pleased with the tank and it was worth the money Very Happy

They are nice tanks; very nice.

I actually had two from BeanFarms last year and gave them away because of the humidity issue. So if you resolve that in a simple way that doesn't involve additional work..PLEASE let me know as I am considering getting another kind (yours) for Mo'Money.

Mo' loves to be on display! Laughing

Well it's resolved with the diy humidifier it keeps it at about 55 I was worried about how it would look but the 2litre and the air pump are hidden under the table the cage sits on so the only thing you see is the tube going into the tank. I was also worried about how loud the air pump was going to be and it is extremley quiet I can't even hear it in my room.

I also am using a dog bowl as a water dish but I have a cat litter pan that I got from petsmart for $2 that i'm going to switch to for more humidity. Thats what's nice about the tank is theres so much floor space in the tank itself you have the option of going that much larger....
