well, it was trial and error, but the ones that were successful must have realized that the ones that weren't putting out got fed off. Evil or Very Mad

no pics, but they are looking really tastey, and the other female we have is loaded too, so plenty of babies for now. it took a while, but i suppose it was worth the wait.

no secret, no clue on temps, i used 1 male and two females, seperated the females put the male in one cage (10 gal tank) one got preggo, and dropped the male in with the other female, and she got preggo. been trying for about 4 months, and fed off a lot of them then i gave up and kind of kept them for pets, and came home one day and saw the one was huge, and thus came forth the babies. i gave them an igloo type hide and lots of toilet paper for a nest, and there ya have it. if i had to guess i would say the temps were @ about 70-75 degrees. i only had a small scae operation going as i only have one BP, and one rosey.

It looks like once of my female mice is about to pop (the bulging belly snuck up on me) (kind of like my beer gut) (even though I don't drink beer) (at least not often).

So...I figured it was safe to feed one of my two males to a GTP last night.

Me too. Hey, maybe if she has enough pups, there will be some leftovers for me to make some popcorn pinkies! Lip-smackin' good!
