this is not an exact quote but this was said by some one else on an average of their eggs hatching by days cut..
eggs cut at day 50 will hatch on or around day 58-60
eggs cut at day 52 will hatch on or around day 57-58
eggs cut at day 55 will hatch on or around day 56
eggs cut once first has piped will come out next day to 48 hours

means that when one snake cuts the egg with its egg tooth and sticks its head out ( aka pip ) then you cut the rest

What do you guys cut with? I would be soooo scared I would cut the snake or injure it or something.

They have pipped...and awww freaking shucks..it's only TWO Pieds instead of three...but one has some funky markings so I'll wait till it's fully out of the shell to make that final determination.
But two are HIGH WHITE! yah me!!
