Well Its Been Just About Two Years And I Notice That Mr. Cleos Eyes Always Has A Dent In Each Eye.
All This Started When I took Him To A Local Vet For A Deworming And He Ended Up Pulling A Retained Eye Cap When In Shed.
A Couple Days Later I Noticed A Scab On His Eye, So Now i Wonder If My Boy Is Blind! 
Here Is A Pic.
P.S This Is The Same vet That Told Me Mr. Cleo Was A Female.

The dent looks as if he's becoming dehydrated (the eyes are usually the first things to dry out).
Before I began to worry, I would see if boosting the humdity for a few weeks would resolve the issue.
Bottom line (for me) is I think it's more a humidity issue at this point. I haven't seen pics of the scab so have no opinion on that front.

I'm with Deb on this one.
But to anyone wondering how to tell if your ball python is blind - usually as a result of from trauma to the eye, shine a halogen flashlight in the cage when it's completely dark in the room. The blind eye will appear slightly translucent.

Hey Thanks For The Reply Ron And Deb.
Thats The First Thing That Came To Mind, But Humidity Is At 67% Outside The Hide And 82% Inside The Hide. Temps At A Steady 91 Degrees inside The Hot Hide And In The Cool Hide Its 86 Degrees With 63% Inside The Hide.
I Dont Know What It Is But It Happens All The time Hes In Shed.....Also The Reason I Was Wondering If He Was Blind Is Because If A Mouse (He Wont Take Rats) Is On His Right Side He Just Flicks His Tongue And Sits There But If Its on His Left Side He Creeps Forward And Strikes.
Sounds Weird But I Observe My Animals Behaviors All The Time That Way I Know If Something Is Wrong.....Zeus Takes Mice/Rats On Both Sides.

Do you mean that his eye gets like this when he's in shed and it's not like this 24/7?
btw: Ron gave you a very good idea on how to find out if he's blind (I learned something too). If you are worried, you might want to use that method, or take the animal to the Vet.

Yep Thats Right Deb, Only When Hes in Shed, I Forgot To Mention That This Only Happens On The Part Of His Eye That Had The Scab.
His Other Eye Is The Same Only A Small Dent On The Part Were The Scab Once Was.
Ill Try That As Soon As He Sheds out.....I Hope Its Nothing!

That's why they have forked tongues, to identify prey in both directions - including forward of course.

Just a suggestion everyone gave great suggestion's already. You might try a luke warm bath with real shallow water. You might be able to get him to drink some and it might help with the shed!

Hey Thanks Ryan But I Dont Have Trouble With Him Shedding Its Just The Dent In The Eye Thing.

Yeah Thanks Ryan, 9 Out of 10 Times He Has Great Sheds But The Only Thing I Notice Is His Eyes Are Dented Every Time He Sheds And Its Only In The Area Were He Had The Scab.
