Ok first is my 4 month old male normal.

Zoomed out so you can see the heating.

View from above

Now this is my corn's setup.

And here is my bp.

**I do have digital thermometers and hygrometers for the warm sides of both but I just fed and cleaned both so I just put all their stuff back real fast. My corn being the jerk she is waits for me to clean it then goes to the bathroom (nice fresh one on the right). The right side hide for my corn is a little big but i make a mound of substrate there before I put it on so it is smaller inside. My corn is from a pet store and my BP is from Ron. Also thats an all natural sea sponge in my BP's tank, my room can get dry so i use those to keep his tank humid. Let me know what you guys think and what I can do to make these better.

It's a good idea to have at least 2 digital thermometers in each enclosure--and do you have digital hygrometers? Having anything analog is really not much better than guessing--I would suggest taking out the analog meters altogether; they can be dangerous. Snakes sometimes like to climb up on things stuck to the sides of tanks and it's happened more than a few times that snakes have, over time, weakened sticky things enough to pull them down and gotten some scales pulled off from the adhesive. Sad

Ok, I am going to walmart today and home depot so I will get 2 more digital thermometers. Yah both my snakes have pulled those down, see how they are being held up by tape from the back and those white circular sticky pads they give you don't come off the glass very well, so I put duck tape over them.

If it is stuck to the glass does it really matter? I dont think there is anyway he can pull that off.

You'd be surprised. Over time duct tape can weaken, if your snake pulls at it--especially in a humid environment which, I'm assuming, your tanks are. Smile

And I'm not speaking hypothetically here, folks on this forum have had just that experience.
