but a 6x2x? cage for a 10-12" baby, or even a 2 ft Juvie is overkill

im will be building a wooden separator so the cage will only be 3ft long 2ft wide 17.5in tall and then take it out when he reaches like 4 1/2 feet.. and it comes pre heated and im buying a helix thermostat to contol temp anything else lol...

why not just get the cage it will ultimately use?

i agree why buy so many cages when he will get big enough and outgrow them all this bloody pointless ( im not British i just like that word lol)

mother responded to his/her request for a BP with a resounding NO

my parents got divored and so i live with my dad i don't think it is any of your business though... and my life is not any of your concern.Crying or Very sad

Going to take the HUGE snake cage to college? Leave it home for mom to deal with? Find it a new home?

one of my friends is a boa keeper he will be watching it for me and i will pay for food and substrate, well he is actually my dad's friend

I do not think that name calling is really called for here it was a legitmate question, based on previous information giving by you. It is puzzling that somthing that doesnt get as big as a columbian red tail boa is declined but you can get somthing that gets larger, a better answer back would of been its none of your business instead of degenerating to childish name calling. But its what some people like to do.

I havent been called one in a year or so, but I have friends who are gay and I get upset when people call each other that because it is just a bad word, but oh well just thought it was childish to do that.

Please refrain from commenting on this topic, it is being investigated.
A resolution should be reached soon on the consequences of the behavior.

However, a word to the wise: Behavior such as name calling is NOT tolerated on this forum, and those that resort to such behavior will see themselves leaving soon.

The people that take the time to research and offer assistance should be thanked rather than insulted. It is common when people resort to name calling, to find their posts ignored and no assistance given.

If a satisfactory solution is not reached, this topic with the name in it will be deleted, however if it also has an apology in it, it will be allowed to remain.

Thanks people for your understanding. Smile

BP, part of being mature is gaining the abilty to control your anger and not misdirect it. Your anger was misdirected. I am sure that we are all sorry for whatever is going on in your life, but the chief concern of the members here is the snakes.

Are you actually going to get a CRTB? When? These questions are not being nosey; we would like a time frame to know how much time you have to set up, it might have some effect on the advice given.

If you aren't going to get this BIG snake, perhaps a corn would be best?
