I was cooking dinner last night and waiting on the food to cook so I decided to utilize my time and feeding Candy my corn snake. So I got the water hot and dropped the two fuzzy mice I had in, and let them thaw out for a couple of minutes. I removed her from her tank and placed her in the feeding tub. I gave her the first fuzzy and as she was eating I went back to check on my food. I then got everything prepared and went back to her tub and she already had that first one down so I gave her the second one and went back to eating (washing my hands first of course). After finishing my dinner I went into my room and placed her back into her enclosure. About a half an hour later I decided to snap a few photos so I took a few of Gary and then proceeded to my room and I turned on the light to find Candy hanging half way out of her tank. I was so shocked at what I had just let happen I grabbed her and put her back in the enclosure I should have snapped pics but I was so releived that she wasn't gone.... Embarassed

Good Thing You Found Yours While He Was Escaping!

My King Did The Same Thing To Me Except It Was When I Was At Work And He Did Escape!

haha... well i have not done this but i do understand where your coming from.. good job on catching her.
