This is Pandorous when I first got him
This is him now (I took it yesterday)
This is him claiming his cat and also his remote
Here are my two new rescuses, the dark one is the male Lt. Monti and the other is the female Shiva (formerly Monty Python and Queeny)
This is just Lt. Monty
And here are some pictures of Shiva

Nice pics of nice animals. How did the first meeting between Pandorous and the cat play out? Looks like they're good pals now.

wow thats a laid back cat! i have one cat like that who is nearly 13 years old and he could care less. however my rescue kitty still has too much kitten and i believe she would torment them by batting them back and forth for hours. she's so fascinated with the snakes in the aquariums she stares for hours and occasionally she jumps up on them. it drives me crazy that she wont leave them alone. i have to close all the doors in my house whenever i leave for fear she's gonna knock a tank over or a lamp..

Eh, he sniffed him and then went to lick him, but I stopped Xerxes (the cat) from doing that and he was all like okay I'll lay down now and then the snake went and laid on him. He pawed at Pandorous's tail once, but then he lost intrest and decided to look at the mice I have in a tank in my room. And yeah, both my cats will sit in front of the snake tanks for hours at a time and will paw at the glass when the snakes move. But they never get on top of the tank, though they have jumped on top of the mouse cage to look down upon them.

great pictures you have there, and its good to see your cats get along well with your snakes and hopefully no incidents change that in the future.

ummmm, let me just chime in here that under no circumstances should we ever assume that a snake and a mammal are friends. Accidents have been recorded.
btw: beautiful pics!

Thank you, and oh, I know. I am very careful and also do not let the cats anywhere near the big snakes when they are out

Thank you, I am trying to do my best for them, they deserve it after what they have been through, the two bigs ones more so than the younger one, but they all need love.[/quote]
