I built this rack out of melamine I explained it in another thread, but it turned out pretty well the shelves are removable and it will hold 5 32 quart tubs and 10 15 quart tubs. I haven't bought the flex=watt yet still trying to figure out what size and other things I should use I've never used it before Confused

Thanks for the comments.... Your probably wondering what the one shelf is thats smaller than all the others. Well thats where not paying attention in math class came lol I miscalculated the amount of space I had from the start. It actually worked out okay because I can use that shelf for storage and any extra wiring I have but if I had to do it over I would have moved the bottom shelf up and put that extra space on the bottom so the bottom shelf was not sitting on the floor but it turned out pretty good for my first time and I can learn from my mistakes the next time lol......

That looks good. I wanted to do the same thing. What are the dimensions? What was the cost to put it together, including tubs/heating.

I was gonna ask about the shelf, but being a noob to this I didnt want to look goofy asking about it incase there was a reason for it. dont worry we all didnt pay attention in math class at some point.

There is a thread just under this one it's Custom Built Rack that has all the dimensions and cost. The melmine cost about $35 the tubs came from target thanks Buck.... I figure with a helix which is $150 it self it should all together be under $200 but if you have a t-stat already or got one for $50 it would cut the cost big time..... It was really easy to make and glue together I added some nails with a nail gun for extra support but you could use screws......
