We named our normal after a dear friend of ours, Jeremiah -- who is tickled pink to have a Miah, Jr. around! -- and his surname is taken from a shrewdly cunning character in Terry Pratchett's Discworld series: Veternari. Smile

Laughing Naming two is enough. Laughing I usually name the morphs. The Normals (only a few are named) have numbers or letters and numbers to identify them.

My (I believe its a) female I named Dakar. Which is the capitol of Senegal, the country in Africa that makes up much of the Ball's natural territory. The male I have, I dont have a name for yet.

Any suggestions for the name of my male? I really cant come up with anything, other than Snappy, since he likes to try to eat my brother.

You got any pics of 'Snappy'? I always have to look at something before naming it. But if not Snappy doesn't sound that bad. And you can gjive people a heads up with that name. If he's one to bite.

So far our ball is called something different by everyone in the house. I figure since it is a reptile that doesn't come when you call him anyway, it really isn't a big deal. Kyle calls him Buster, and my 5 year-old calls him Midget. I call him Mitch, after the snake in Road Trip.
