This is why it's VERY IMPORTANT to have a thermostat/rheostat attached to regulate heat from UTH or flexwatt type heating elements! It's also unfortuate because I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment and had my first taste of alligator meat there as well.

I too have visited Gatorland many of times. Me and my family loved the place. I hope they get back on their feet again.

wow i cant believe it.
I have been there too. Like Rep. Hunt. says..hope they get back ontheir feet . Live and learn!
